Jeremy Miller is the Senior Leasing Manager for JMS Real Estate Industries, Inc. He is a commercial realtor and has specialized in the sale and leasing of office properties for over 9 years.

John Hancock, Valko & Associates, and Koop Family Physical Therapy are a few tenants that Jeremy has brought to JMS.

Jeremy also represented JMS in their acquisition of the Charter One Bank building on Executive Pkwy in 2006. Through his 9 year career, Jeremy leased/sold over 820,000 SF of general and medical office space in excess of $60 million in transaction value. He participated in 5 of the Top 10 office sale and lease transactions in the Toledo area in 2009.

Jeremy is Vice President of The University of Michigan Club of Greater Toledo and is on the Sylvania Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee.
